The aim of the online Pandemic Safety Training is to provide the essential training that persons who work on the front lines or vulnerable populations need for their survival during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants of this course will be able to recognize, understand, and implement the best safety practices during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. This Pandemic Safety Training provides a comprehensive overview of the infectious disease process, discloses in-depth information concerning COVID‐19 (Coronavirus), discusses of infectious disease transmission, and promotes skills for clean environments and other safety practices.
EETS online Pandemic Safety Training provides learners with critical information to keep them safe and ultimately, keeping those around them and their families safe from the spread of COVID-19. The target audience is any person, employee, or industry; namely, vulnerable populations, dependent care services, essential vendor services, energy businesses, financial services, food service workers, healthcare, mass transit, safety manufacturers; waste and sanitation; and law enforcement, military, and public safety. Course approved by National Association of Social Workers (NASW). (4 hrs/4 CEUs)
Method of Course Evaluation: Quiz
An online post-test is included at the end of the course, and is required to successfully complete the course. At least 14/20 questions correct is required to pass the post-test.
THE COURSE MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION. IF THE COURSE IS NOT COMPLETED WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION, THE COURSE WILL BE DEREGISTERED AND ALL COURSE PROGRESS WILL BE FORFEITED. RE-REGISTRATION FOR THE COURSE WILL REQUIRE A NEW, SEPARATE PAYMENT.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL PRIOR TO TAKING THE COURSE. IF CHARGES ARE REVERSED OR PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR COURSE PROGRESS WILL BE DELETED AND YOUR CERTIFICATE WILL BE RENDERED INVALID.
The course certificate is generated with the name of the person who purchases this course. Under no circumstance will the names on certificates be substituted by our staff. No substitutions or refunds are available once the course is in progress.
Online course participants must have access to the Internet, a device with audio and video capabilities (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), a printer, and an email address.
